Break Thru was contracted to remove the 100’ by 25’, one story Trainer Building and basement, from the two-story high school facility. The project also required removal of concrete loading docks and stairwells to make room for the High School’s new addition.
This project is a great example of Break Thru’s ability to partially demolish buildings that are connected to other structures that must remain intact. Break Thru used a 50,000 lb and 80,000 lb backhoe with grapple buckets and hydraulic hammer attachments, skid-steers, and manual labor to accomplish demolition within the time frame required.
